About 30 years ago, I had an experience that was a powerful indication I would end up speaking as part of my life journey. And for a substantial part of the last 20 years, I have spoken regularly. Whether it is at small to medium conferences, in front of business units or boards, or at meet ups and events. But one concept I have tried to strive to is to let speaking engagements come more organically – a call from someone who is looking for a fill in, getting to know a group of people and speaking for a function, etc.
This is the way I want to grow into more speaking. In 2019, I am going to take another step and submit to some of the larger conferences, look to speak more on a national scale for organizations and companies, and participate more in seminars.
While I can speak on any topic related to change, organizational development, personal and corporate improvement, and leadership, there are a few that are close to my heart:
- Stop Trying to Build Teams!
- Improving Teams with Games
- Dr. Seuss, Product Owner
- Methods of Organizational Change
- Relief for Growing Pains
- Why is Scaling Change So Complicated?
- The Art of Transformations
- Honoring Feedback
- 21st Century Organizations
- How to Build Trust in Organizations
- New Era Leadership
