I’m going to make this really quick, as this is more of a conversation starter than a definitive statement. I would like to suggest that agile and her frameworks are not project management methodologies, but rather change leadership mechanisms.
Everything that we do in agility drives us toward change. And while we may use different methods and practices, the value system of agility is not one of directives and management, but accepting change and leading through serving and doing.
